1. Click on Desktop Icon for photoshop, then click on "Start from Scratch"
2. File "Open"
3. Image miraculously appears in Photoshop
3.Click on "Image", "Resize", "Image Size"
4. Check the "Resample Image" box and then the Pixel Dimensions appear at top of this box. Reduce the size. In this one I started with a width of 1024 pixels and cut it in half to 500. A thumbnail size should be about 150 to 200 pixels wide.
5. Click "File", "Save As", so we don't overwrite the original.
6. set slider to "Medium" in this box. then click "OK" and you are set.

Such transmissions are critical to current higher education distance education efforts, including online courses.
